I was diagnosed with RA 4 weeks ago (anti ccp 471) and given a depomedrone injection. I have just started MTX (2nd dose due tonight) and am due to see my consultant next Thursday the day I will take my 3rd dose. The steroid injection really helped but I think it is wearing off now and my consultant said I may need one or two more whilst the MTX kicks in. Can you have them on the same day?

I've done mine on the same day,but I'm no medical expert so you may be best to phone your methotrexate advisor
Yes often had them myself. Always check medicine with your nurse.good luck with your appt.
