Does anyone have trouble with figure out what pain is what?

I have cervical issues and back issues RA Fibro OA. My hands and arms are killing me I don't know rather to go to rhemy or if its my neck but I need helpsos

start with a physio, I seem to remember you are an occupational therapist?, so you have self knowledge, but it is hard to be objective about your own illness!, I find it easier to advise others than advise myself.

I agree with Alison - my physio usually works things out for me best although it takes months to get an appointment by which time things have usually changed. Tilda x

My goodness, are you my twin? I have the same exact issues. I would ask my rheumy if you should see an orthopedist who will probably tell you to go to PT. You may also have osteoprosis which may be causing tiny fractures in your upper spine causing the neck pain. Good luck!
