Daft really........Going to read about how long I should expect this awful headache to last, tho of course everyone is different..... hope it ends soon its horrid.
It will go my friend, you are not loosing any thing, but gaining everything x

Hello there, thank you ever so much for the good wishes Today I havent had the headache yet, just the brain fog and dizzyness. I hope these go soon. The reeeelly odd thing is that Im not craving smoking too much, but craving the negative brain fog etc would go away!! haha!!
I hope everyone reading this has had a good, or at least bearable, day today. xxx
Hey independent, delighted the headaches have gone, drink plenty of water (ice water and lemon is my favourite) to keep hydrated and will help with the dizziness, maybe a walk if possible might clear the brain fog, hopefully all will be gone in the next couple of days...
Thank you.
I had a pain over one eye, it was a bit like migraine but wasnt one. Today its not there. I am glad. I think Im not craving smoking coz I feel quite shitty! Think you are right and will go for a walk down the road and back again soon - its cold and should make my brain freeze thus reducing the brain fog!! haha! xx
A nice crisp cold night, perfect for a walk and should do the trick!
Hi independent,
These early weeks in the quit suck don't they? I've been there several times and never been strong enough to ride it through, glad to hear you are not craving so much today, I am on day 23 so we are at the same sort of time, the headaches could be tension as quitting can be stressful, hopefully this will ease soon, keep going xx
Hi Graham yes I quit on New Year's Day, it feels different this time and just right I am cold turkey and I think that has helped immensely, how are you faring? X
Stay strong, Independent Hope. Everyone reacts differently to stopping smoking. I suspect your symptoms are your body readjusting.
