Day 10 - Though I'd Be More Enthusiastic

Thought I'd be more excited to get to day 10 but at the minute I'm a miserable bastard.

Just saying!

I really can't be bothered today smoking, or not smoking, is at the bottom of my mind today.

I just need some peace and quiet from all the irritating people out there.

Hey...I hear you it is part of the quit, you know? It's an empty feeling while your mind is actually on the edge looking for an argument to then excuse that one cigarette that you so don't want to smoke!!! Stay strong buddy, the next 10 days are very challenging and critical the way you handle it. Thinking of you today xx

Been there and empathise...... The excitement and eagerness of the first few days have worn off and now it's getting to the nitty gritty, nearly halfway through your first month.... Hang tight there K, it's gonna get bumpy before it gets smoother but rant away on here, we all understand, hope tomorrow is better for you x
