To be honest.. the first 2-3 was not too hard for me but by day 4 i started to struggle! Probably because i have run out of patches. today is total hell!! and i'll be amazed if i last the day without having atleast one!

Im 29 and started smoking 20 a day from the age of 19 or so. I choose to quit because eventually its going to affect my health. even tho it costs £9 / £10 for one box. the main reason is i dont want to get ill! Im going to buy patches again tomorrow. The first 3days i had a patch and the cravings was not bad (i could ignore them fairly easy) 4-6 days are tough! everything seems sooo boring now lol
Wow day six is brilliant big pat on the back for you x I hope you manage to hold off a get some more patches soon and if not don't let it deter put the patch on and go again and again keep going and trying if one thing I've learnt it's you don't fail until you stop trying xxxx
Yep, corsodyl should work. You only need to use it for a couple of days when gums bleed. Constant use stains teeth, and us non-smokers will never be found with stained teeth.
Congratulations and good going on your quit. Keep it going as you're of course right, health issues will build up. And post on here frequently, visit daily.
Hello Mark, 6 days is wonderful!! The first week an be realy hard. We do tend to have a few off days, but just keep going and you'll find you have more good days than bad- really!!!
Day 6 is amazing!!! It WILL get better.... trust in this as it is true. Mr Nic will try and find all sorts of ways to try and entice us back BUT we are clever and know the tricks
