Welcome Jilli and well done, 8 days is great !!!– you should be very pleased with yourself. I'm just going on 11 days myself so not far off from what your probably feeling right now. I went the CT route - how about yourself – are you using anything like nrt to aide you? Please read and post often, I found it really helps to join in - you can rant or rave about how your feeling or not feeling - its so nice to know we're not going through this alone. I'm sure someone here will be able to relate to what your feeling. Be brave, be strong and trust that it will get better.

I went cold turkey, too - I'm on nearly three months now, unbelievably. I know the support I got here really really helped!

Wow that was a tough one, anyhow started day 9.

Thanks for the support you have given me its nice to know there are a lot of smart people achieving the same thing.
