By that I mean, it is indeed a situation many find them selves in, alcohol, drugs, gambling, the list goes on!!! And while I,m smoke and nicotine free, I do feel the forum is kind of my resolve in staying quit.
That little thought of smoking comes and goes, it's not a crave, or urge, it's just a thought.
But smoking is a addiction like any other, so it's not for me to judge anybody, all I know is I do not want to smoke, and still am focused on my quit.
It does indeed get easier and easier, I never thought it would, but it does, mr NICO cannot get to me, I won't allow it.
Best decision I ever made.
