100 days today for me. Longest time i have not had one puff for since 1990 !
Its been good and bad, some highs and lows, but as Elton would say I'm still standing 
Wish this place could cheer up a bit, all the unpleasantness a little draining and without the good folk who have been banned or left, the forum seems a shadow of what it was.
Time really is a healer in many respects and especially with quitting smoking, and 100 days is a good old chunk of it. Congrats Andrew, broken the back of this now. Great stuff!
