Well done chloe, going three whole days is definitely an achievement; and an achievement to be extremely proud of.

You say poor people around you, but I say proud people around you. You are currently a role model to others. Somebody who is in charge of their health and who is determined to stay on the road to the fabled penthouse.

You know that you want this, you know it makes sense, you know that touching the cancer stick actually does nothing for you at all.... if only it was that simple.

It is hardcore at the start Chloe, but over time it really does get better. It can be a case of mind over matter for a while and many quits are lost because people find it difficult to believe that the craves eventually go away - but they do!

If they didn't we wouldnt have the "1 year +" section on the board
