Well, day 14 has arrived, I'm still going strong. Still coughing up a lot of rubbish but feeling better for it. Definately feel as though there is no going back! Here's to a smoke free life!

Oooh Dan, HUGE congratulations on parking your first two weeks! 
The coughing will soon settle down now and as you say, it's all part of the necessary process of your body detoxiing.
May your Week Three be an easy one and this time next week you'll be 3/4 of the way to getting a whole month under your belt. Fantastic!
