I haven't been here for a while, I thought I would just show my face to let you all know it's been well over 3 years since my last cigarette. 9th September 2011 was my quit day. Life is so much better without smoking and unquestionably worth the hard work early on. I wish all of you trying to give up the best of luck, If I can do it then you all certainly can too.

Top work Fella! I'll hit 3 years in a few months time and I echo what you said. If I can give up everyone else has at least a fighting chance. I was the most dedicated smoker I ever knew. No more and never again.
