So the last two days have not been too bad on the craving side, but I have been working and occupying my crazy mind.... I have been so close to having a cig, but like u all said the craving does pass, and I think why should I let this horrid monster win?!! It's gonna be a constant battle for a while, but I know from stopping before that the cravings subside...... But my god... I've been eating and over indulging... But come tomo I hope to focus on a healthy eating/exercise lifestyle, as I do not wish to feel downbeat eating bad food in exchange of smoking..... So Bon voyage till next post and good luck to fellow quitters

That is brilliant news miki. I wouldn't worry about eating too much, as long as it is non processed and not high in bad fats. Balancing with starting some exercise and you will feel the health benefits very quickly.

Let me know how you get on... I am finding myself with loads more energy and more time to do other things.

It seems that without smoking it has had such a positive impact on lots of areas of my life it is insane to turn back. Good luck for tomorrow and just remember the most important part is the warm up, good form and the cool down :)

...And if eating a piece of cake on a fairly regular basis is what it takes to battle the craves for the time being Miki, so be it (in fact, let them eat cake say I :)). Like Start says, balance what you're eating with a bit more physical activity and just aim to maintain your weight at present. You can deal with that later.

The main thing is that you're winning your battle against Nic, who is becoming weaker and weaker after each skirmish, and that's just fantastic! Well Done That Girl- nearly three weeks down. You'll be starting Month Two before you know it. :D

My word just look at you go girl, blooming fantastic, this addiction does in parts prove to be slightly difficult , that isn't to say it stays that way, what I have learnt is the longer the quit The weaker the craves.

Doing great, do what ever you need, just don't smoke, you can deal with other issues later, when you are more comfy in your quit.

You have come so far, that's fantastic,
