10 weeks done and dusted today.

Cant believe it, doing ok some crappy days, but definitely on it at the moment. Still nervous about letting my guard down, but give it another few weeks or so and I will start to really believe.

Be it the more I believe, the more I cant believe I have smoked for 25 years, one hell of a crazy addiction

I've had a bad day because I've been shopping with family at Cheshire oaks outlet village (hate shopping)

Good day because a tannoy thing on the go there saying no smoking anywhere, even when outside, people obviously smoking, but so good not to have to worry about it
