Dry January, still smoke free

Well 4 days in , no alcohol I can if I,m honest say this is the first weekend in many months that I have not taken a glass of my favourite tipple. How do I feel, well all I can say is , this is not the norm for me. Feeling a little chuffed, that with the new year starting with my quit in tact. Am hoping the wind is turning for me, and may this year be a better one.

I wish you all the best for a really happy year Tracey. You thoroughly deserve it after everything that 2014 threw your way. I shall be cheering you home in only a little over two months and then what a party we shall have! You'll definitely need to come off the alcohol-free wagon then.
