Hello everyone.. It's been a while. So basically, my time smoke free would be longer but I smoked like a chimney in June when I went to a festival. But yeah, I am on month 5 again.
My Dad passed away a couple of weeks ago (lung cancer) so it kinda spurs you on even more to just forget about smoking...
How is everyone? Where are my freedom fighters?

Morning Sean- it's good to see you again, but I am very, very sorry indeed to hear about your father. You must be missing him terribly. However, you're quite right to use that as the strongest possible spur to keep you on course for your forever quit and I'll bet that he is extremely proud of you (and will always be with you in spirit). Whenever you encounter one of those cravey situations (such as the festival in June) just imagine him there on your shoulder, encouraging you to resist and move onwards.
All the best to you from me mate and welcome back to the forum
Good to see you back, I am so sorry to hear about your dad, but you are quite right, it puts it in to perspective and spurs you on, (((( big hugs )))) to you, I'm always around if you need to chat, take care and well done on your 5 months xxx
