You stop counting in days, and prefer weeks (or months?) I'm on day 45 (6.5 weeks), but still am thinking in days.

With me, it was as Max says- it just sort of happened naturally without me noticing until it was there (a bit like developing a bust if you're a girly :). Not sure what the boy equivalent would be- developing facial hair perhaps?)

You count in days for as long as you like Graham. It's all grist to the mill and you'll get to the same place in the end.

You're not half doing well by the way! :D

I think last time it was after about three months that I switched to weeks. I don't even think about fags much now, except when I see someone smoking and I have a bit of an ambivalent reaction. Fortunately the negative part of the ambivalence is winning out now.

I am just behind you on day 45. I am still counting in days but I'm not finding giving up easy so I think days works better for me at the moment.
