My wrists and hands are sore so this will be a short post. Dr sending me 4 X-ray to check for arthritis in my wrists. 33 years old and possibly have arthritis. On the plus side, now in to day 41. Go me!

sorry to hear that Mark i can recommend magnesium oil holland and barrett sell it and it has helped my joint problems no end i also take magnesium and calcuim tablets and in the last 4 months or so since taking them i have found improvement with my joint pains

I must say I was diagnosed at the same age as you, now 52, with the correct meds, you do have a great life, in fact my employer does not know I have this condition.

But hoping All is ok for you, fingers crossed.
