So I'm on a pharmacy scheme where I go every week to get my CO2 reading done and fresh supply of NRT...yesterday I went and got NiQuitin oral film strips which u put on ur tongue and they dissolve in minutes...they have a minty taste and they haven't git a strong nicotine taste like fir example the gum.
They really help and I hope they will help u guys too

Hello Philip. I was giving the same strips as you yesterday from Boots - I'm on the same scheme as you. My quit day is tomorrow, so I shall start using them then. Glad to hear they are helping you. Fingers crossed for me!!
