Starting to feel better. More time between cravings and not as grumpy.
Starting to notice some benefits too........able to take a deep breath without wheezing and I seem to be developing this wonderful thing called a sense of smell
Hope you all have a great day, and keep strong!

So pleased you are feeling better today. It's great to not wheeze isn't it. I didn't actually realise how much I coughed (morning and in bed at night) until I stopped doing it!
Sense of smell back is good and bad - my dog has awful wind!
Great to see your Day 6 post. Isn't it amazing how quickly that wretched wheezing stops? Some nights my wheezing would keep me awake - an annoying high pitched whine that I couldn't cough away. I am also noticing the pitch of my voice changing - it is becoming higher and clearer - where previously it had that smokers hoarseness behind it which makes it sound deeper. With a laugh that sounded like Muttley from Wacky Races....
I find myself singing lately - in public as well - and not giving a toss what people think - I NEVER would have done this previously! Danced while waiting for the traffic lights to change while walking to the train station this morning - Lordy! what next.....
Reading your day 6 post, I guess im at where you were at yesterday. Looking forward to tomorrow where Im hoping I can feel the same. Today just feels like crap but as ive said the few sleepless nights recently have probably put paid to where Im at today. A good nights rest should do the trick. I really happy though to be on the forum and knowing im not alone in this journey. Good luck with yours and hopefully we can spur each other on. Take care for now, Paula
