I think I have finally cracked it! 102 days or whatever it is :) hardly any cravings now. I stopped drinking coffee and now drink Tea, I decided to diet and exercise. I don't know if it's because my attention is on something else or it's because I have completely ditched coffee. All I know is at last I feel free!

I am aware the cravings can come back and won't let my guard down but actually getting through more than one day without a craving is amazing! :D

So far Iv lost 3lb, Iv put on 2st during my quit so a long way to go but I'm exercising for the first time in my life!

Feeling very proud & I'd like to thank the boards for the help Iv received- any newbies - you can do it!

Well done Glam :)

102 days already! Time is racing along. Huge congratulations from me on that and on your weight loss.

Are you still knitting blankets by the way? Anything nice on the go currently?

Must admit not making so many blankets, makes you so warm in this weather :D

Stopping smoking is the hardest thing I have EVER done, maybe I should have gone with nicotine replacement but I did it. Iv argued with my shadow along the way.

It's strange that one day you crave the next you don't.

I feel so much better. Stick at it guys!

Yes- not blanket weather is it? :) In fact, it is as hard to remember what it was like to feel chilly as it is impossible to imagine feeling hot in the depths of winter.

And I agree wholeheartedly wiith you Glam- quitting smoking was easily the hardest thing I have ever done too. Fair play to us all say I! :D
