I shouldnt brag but im going to as I dont get many chances in my life to brag about me!!!

Since Dec 31st 2013

I am 28wks smoke free

I am 33lb lighter

And........

I applied for a new, better job and just found out I got it Im going to be a dinner lady Perfect job now my little girl is getting older xxx

If you arent sure you can do it im here to tell you that you ****** can!!! 6 months ago I never thought id have achieved what I have - I had no faith even in my quit but here I am over 6 months later and almost 2.5st lighter!! Im more confident, I feel fantastic - I am truly happy and I thought I couldnt be happy without fags!!!

No matter how many times you fall, you get back back up, dust yourself down and try again and I promise you, you will never be a failure xxx

Wow Winbig, it sounds like quitting has been the best thing that happened to you in a very long time, the confidence gained from saying no to a fag has probably helped move mountains for you. Congratulations on the job and the weight loss especially - I am sooo jealous LOL xx

Thank you all It does get easier I promise My first and last thought are no longer about smoking - I love never having to worry about my next fag, its 9pm and ive only got 2 fags left etc - Keep fighting, its soooooo worth it xxx
