Just to let everyone know I'm still hanging in there. Most of the time I no longer think about smoking but on occasions I do get fairly intense cravings, especially when alcohol is involved, but I have never given in.

As a newbie starting out it is nice to hear a positive story about weight. I must confess I am very worried about putting on weight. So far so good but am trying to make much healthier choices and have increased physical activity from nothing to the odd bike ride.
