Not boring at all. I feel exactly the same. I find it really helps me too. It's almost as though by writing it on here in the morning, I have committed to getting through another day smoke free

I agree it helps posting on here as it kind of feels like I would then be letting everyone down, would hate to have to admit I caved on here, so I haven't.
