Hi folks
To cut a long story short, smoked for 5 years as a teenager, gave up for 25 years (!!!!), started again on and off for the last few years, and now I really want to give up for good. I thought I could do it easily because I had given up previously for 2.5 decades, but ooohhhhhh, nooooooo....
Now I realise that not only do I need my own commitment, but I need support too, from people who u.n.d.e.r.s.t.a.n.d! I feel a failure that I'm 'addicted' to nicotine but I realise I need to face r.e.a.l.i.t.y! That's where change begins, I guess.
Plus a dose of humour will get me through I guess!
