Had no sleep last night and have been craving a little bit but still doing fine and feeling positive. Hope everyone is doing OK!
Day 18: Had no sleep last night and have been... - No Smoking Day
Day 18
You're only 25 so now is the time to stop.
Just keep going because it really is the time for you to stop now, and yes, there might be a few testing times ahead but nothing you can't get through if you stay strong.
Smoking is such a waste of time and money and it really doesn't give you anything back in return. Take it from one who knows but it sometimes struggling to stay quit.
I'm finally doing it now but I've been promising myself that I would do it since I was your age, still better late than never.
Keep going and you won't be sorry, that I can promise you.
xx
Yes, a disrupted sleep pattern is a very common side effect of quitting. It'll pass soon.
It really does sound like you're grabbing this with both hands. Well done for your determination and grit. I am certain you're going to succeed.
I hope you catch up on your sleep tonight.
My sleep was very disrupted for the first 2 or 3 weeks.
Now - 8 weeks on I'm sleeping like a baby.
But without a nappy !
Thanks everyone for the encouraging words. This is the farthest I have ever got in a quit.
To celebrate I have booked a trip to Dublin in 3 weeks.
So jealous, I would love to go to Dublin again, such a fun city.
My sleeping pattern was off for about 2 weeks but it's fine now. I used nytol and on some occasions wine but I wouldn't recommend mixing the two!
Congratulations on making it Day 18 you seem really positive x
I love Dublin too and haven't been for years. Have a wonderful time Matt and let us know how it goes.
