Day 40 coming to an end.

Another milestone reached. 40 days without a smoke now. Was out today and passed this guy with a fag in his mush..must have been at least 10 feet away but by god...talk about better sense of smell!! Cigarettes stink! I actually felt sorry for the woman who was with him as the smoke from his fag was going straight in her face.

Yuk! Cannot believe how bad they smell...horrible. And we were addicted to these things????

There are still likely to be days of temptation ahead of you Carl, the sirens will try to lure you onto the rocks. But it does get easier. You've coped with the most difficult time - leaving port was the most critical decision you made. Won't always be plain sailing perhaps - but calmer waters do lie ahead.
