Not easy, and too day lots of craves! Alway have more craves when on my own.

So been addressing that situation, my conclusion is. It's easier to quit, when we are active with other people.

Am packed Mina, with my red case, but had to buy a red hold all, as will be in next room for a while, like my home comforts, bit like a marry poppies bag got every thing for new room at the ready
