Looks like my week3 , was at the end of week2 :).

I am very relieved that it wasn't the hell week I had envisaged , as a matter of fact I go extended periods with thinking about smoking or that I am quitting .

I am on week three too. I just got 23 days. It is scary easy right now. I took years to get here though.

Wonderful! I like the perspective: bad things do happen, but a cigarette won't change that. It'd just make me feel guilty and I'd crave another immediately after. Don't prolong the misery right?!? Keep it up!!
