Well im over a month what is it now, almost 6 weeks.. i can't be bothered to pull my calendar up and look lol...i have been noticing the last week a few things...other people smoking, is smelling really good, i had such an easy, well not easy but, not as hard as i thought time quitting, and my pangs and cravings went away fairly quick..but now at almost 6 weeks, im starting to crave, im thinking about it way more then before and wondering, my minds making way more excuses to smoke then it should be. I have not fell off the wagon and the idea of it upset me, as i do not like to fail..but i cant help but wonder why now after so many lovely smoke free weeks, am i stricken with the want.. any ideas. (i am still on the champix)

Good! glad i can help in some way, we are so similiar and close to our days! im glad i can be a bit of a "heads up" in a way for you : )
Jinx, I'm with Helene & Max. There does seem to come a point on every quit- usually around the 6 weeks-2 months point- where you get a bit twitchy. The good thing is that if I am anything to go by, it passes.
I found it helped to remember back to the first couple of weeks and compare & contrast. Made me realise how far I had come, and what a difference there was between the twitchy feelings I had and the raving, climbing the wall craves I had then.
Good luck!
