Hello everyone in the one month room, nice to be here at last! Am loving reading all the posts and find them really helpful when I am feeling the cravings, just keep thinking look at all these people going through the same old c**p, if they can do it so can you - so a big thanks to everyone

It was when I reached Month 1 that I really started to believe I could do this. Sounds like it is the same for you.

Thanks Tractor Girl and Skiddaw, not sure if I am certain that I can do this yet, have got to 3 months and 22 months before and then fallen off the wagon Feel more determined this time though. Not treating myself to anything yet Skiddaw as am saving all my unspent 'fag money' to buy a set of french doors would you believe! Hopefully have enough come July time lol.
