Most of day 1 and 2 went pretty smoothly but last night one of the server computers at work died and its my job to try and fix it or leave an entire office without email. That triggered some MEGA stress for me and for the first time in this quit attempt I badly wanted a cigarette. Somehow I got through it and once the problem was solved the urge to smoke disappeared. I feel like if I can deal with that level of craving I should be able to deal with anything.
Hoping today will be easier than yesterday.
Good luck everyone.

That's a big 'first' out of the way. You're so right by the way, each time you have a huge crave and beat it the chains loosen. You start to realise that you can cope with life without smoking (that was quite a revelation for me)
Hope today goes well for you, one day closer to the penthouse.
