Its's Day 15 and the start of the dreaded week 3.
Last night I decided that I was going to tackle it head on , so I had day early night and woke up feeling refreshed.
Going to make myself a heathy breakfast , and then it's off to face the world.

Hi Dude,
Glad you're feeling better today. I think you're quite right to decide to takle this week head on. Just bulldoze through. Actually, it's often the way that the times you aren't looking forward to are a breeze- it's the unexpected times that can floor you.
Have a good day mate and all the best from me.
Keep up the good work and have a good day.
Yesterday flew , not a crave or a smoke / quitting related thought, Went out to dinner and even sat in the smoking bar with the oh between courses.
Excellent!
That's the way it goes with this thing. It is a bit of a roller-coaster. I shall hope you have an easy ride from here onwards though.
My first post. This forum has helped me get through the first 20 days. It is hard, won't lie about that, but I am doing it! Never have I gone this long without cigarettes. I feel free.
I have read Allen Carr's book, drank tons of water, deep breathing til I thought I would pass out(!), chewed my gum and read a lot on-line of people's struggles and triumphs on not smoking.
I will not say "I hope I can do this." I WILL DO THIS.
Hello Negotiator
You sound like your head is really in the right place. Well done on gettng through 20 days- not long until you're at the end of your first month.
I should start a thread of your own if I were you, so we can all get to meet you properly.
Welcome to the forum!
