Hi !

i am getting ready for my first smokefree vacation, i was nervous a couple weeks ago to go and keep my quit in tact. however the last week or so i haven't thought of smoking and suddenly have stopped counting the days! i know i am over 100 since my celebration was that day, my friends made me cute cards with happy lungs on the front & we cerebrated with some wine!

my 4 months complete is on 20th, the day I land back from vacation so that will keep everything in control if the cigarettes seem tempting on the beach

honestly quitting smoking is the best thing I have ever done for me, those who are in the beginning and struggling...it really does get better, still find it crazy that i am saying this

We're at about the same stage- a third of the way to the Big P already! How cool is that?

I think you'll be fine on your holiday. If all else fails, dive in the sea. That's one place you really can't smoke.

made it through my vacation without a smoke! yay

i also have recruited my best friend to join me in this journey, she read Allen Carr's book while we were in Cuba and she smoked and smoked! the day after we returned she had her final cigarette, she is now one week smoke free soo proud!

Well that's not quite true, took my mother abroad a she had never been before so as me and oh are looking from the balcony, there's my mother middle of the pool, you've guessed it with a fag in hand, had to look twice, tried to hide lol
