Today is day 78 but from today I've decided to go nicotine free

So day 1 off being totally nicotine free

And it feels SOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD :D:D

Good morning Hammy. I'm really doing ok now thank you for asking I still get my moments and evenings I get the feeling of something's missing again but I've dropped my nicotine a lot but it's all good because I stuff my face with food and it goes I'm getting on with life on the most as a non smoker and feeling very proud of myself x

And so you should feel very proud indeed

Iv not stopped stuffing my face since yesterday

Don't let this put you off Hammy. How does it feel now you've been nearly a week free? The weight is a problem for another day, pick your fights and one at a time, you're doing amazing and an inspiration to me. I so want to be nic free too but can't seem to do it. I'm scared

Well done beer ! That's brilliant !! When I stopped nicotine, for a few days it was a little like the first days of a quit - especially the eating!!! But for me, after those first few nicotine free days, my eating stabilised again !!

You are nearly completely free of the drug!!! It's a great feeling - isn't it ?
