1 more full day and then its a whole week! whoop whoop.
Found today really hard again, just those times when I am without my daughter and normally would sit and relax for a few minutes, Feel like I now have to keep busy busy at all times and tbh its exhausting!
On a positive note, didn't want to scream at as many people today so that's a good sign!!
Quick question.....
Does anyone suffer or has suffered from insomnia while giving up and if so how long it lasts?

Well done Chloe!!
Are you saving up your ciggie money for a treat at the end of your first week?
My sleep pattern was all over the place for the first few weeks. It took around a month for me before I began to sleep through the night again. It will pass Chloe, honestly.
Well done on hoving towards the end of week one. That is a fantastic achievement!
Well done!! I really struggle with sleep patterns when I first quit, usually lasts about a couple of weeks for me. I know what you mean about having to stay busy all the time, this was my downfall on my recent failure to stop. I was just so exhausted. Therefore I have decided not to do the 'running around like a headless chicken' bit right from the beginning of my quit. So hopefully I can get used to it.
Remember, you can't get used to not smoking in a situation unless you do it a few times. You can't run around forever, practice sitting down with a cuppa to watch corry (or whatever you like) it's only for half an hour and then build it up. It's greT to have a clean house (which I always do when I quit) but don't run yourself ragged xx
well done on nearly a week quit Chloe everybody is different, some sleep all the time some cant sleep for shizzle but whichever one you have its totally normal and will subside the further you get in your quit, coongrats xx
