Apologies for going off the radar in the last few weeks. I hope everyone is doing well and feeling positive - I am looking forward to my first spring as a non smoker!
I went on a week long holiday that involved a lot of drinking and I still did not light up so I feel that I am getting further towards being a non smoker which feels good. It still amazes me that I have got this far.
Well done to everyone else on here, I see that you are all doing brilliantly

Really glad to see you back Mag, this is a great post full of positivity and you sound so happy, just brilliant! Congrats on 3 months xx
Yay you and well done to stopping all them triggers, drinking is one of the worst and youve nailed it I feel the same as you, cant believe I havent had a fag for for this long, its so awesome xxxx
Congratulations to you . I too just came back from a smoke free holiday. Holidays can be a massive trigger to smoke and the fact you didn't means you have nailed your quit. Great news
Thanks for all of your positive replies! The cravings are still there of course but they just get pushed away as there is no way I am giving in now! Not actually done 3 months yet, only finished 2 but feel happy to now be in the 3 month room. Bring on the 5th April as that will be a quarter of a year as an ex smoker!
Thank you for all of your fantastic support, it is very much appreciated!
