Although, over the last week or so, I've pretty much constantly felt thick headed.....Not really a headache as such...And I have felt a little dizzy twice.
Is this what they mean by brain fog? What causes it?
It's feckin' annoying.

Yessss Sean good to see you mate, we are on FIRE right about now pmsl
With regards to your bonce, because you feel a bit dizzy I would just go to the quacks and have a word, or ring NHS direct for advice, it could be something to do with your inner ear as infections here can cause dizziness and you wouldn't necessarily have an ear ache with it, you would need medication to clear it up tho if it was.
It really is good to see you posting, takes me back to day 1 me you and gruff starting out can't believe we are nearly at 9 weeks, it's gone real fast
I think it's because of the vapor e-cig though. Apparently, if you use it too much it can cause head aches and dizzy feelings - basically intaking too much nicotine.
'Cus obviously, I am using this thing more so than if I actually smoked given I can use it all the time anywhere I please.
