Don't give it any headroom Hon, this is all psychological now - you're over the physical addiction now you just need to retrain that brain - bring out the bolshy, just simply refusing to give in is what got me through the tough spots.

Haha I love the way you put things Jen do you know I don't know why he's in my head, it's not like I'm off nicotine, I'm on the patch but those longing thoughts of summer days in a beer garden having a fag etc are coming into play a bit now, they soon go though, like u say I won't give them headspace for fear of acting on it
