Day 10 cold turkey with no fageroonies and to be honest I can't remember the last time I felt so flippin miserable!
I have a tolerance level of zero and seriously contemplated inflicting grevious bodily harm on the poor guy in front of me at the shop when he decided to purchase an array of lottery tickets and gas meter top ups!
It's not that I want a fag to be honest, when I think about it I don't... I guess I just want to stop feeling so rubbish.
Boo hoo

Oh Elle, you poor duck. The first couple of weeks are such a roller coaster ride of emotions. I know you are probably sick of hearing this but it will get better and it shouldn't be long now before your periods of feeling good will far outlast the odd tricky time you might get. Be good to yourself, obviously try not to actually murder anyone but don't beat yourself up for getting a little short tempered. You're doing an amazing thing and deserve a little leeway whilst you get some distance from the evil weed.
Hang in there flower, and find something relaxing so you can unwind a little
I take my hat off to you going cold turkey.....it may be the most brutal but at least you are nicotine free quicker and your symptoms will be over soon..
Hang on in there your doing great and that 2 wk milestone is nearly there
aww thanks to you all, I guess sometimes it's just good too have a moan, mind you not sure the bloke in the queue would agree lol, least I only imagined karate chopping the back of his head:rolleyes:

onward and upward and into day 11 I go!
Well done Elle, it is a strange feeling isn't it? Totally get what you mean about not wanting to smoke but feel normal - well just got to keep plodding along
