one whole year today !

hi all ,cannot believe it is actually one whole year since i stopped smoking,there are a few names in the penthouse now who gave up near the time i did ,well done to them ,i hope anyone thinking of quitting round about now can see it can be done , some of us might be a few pounds heavier but we are alive and kicking,i remember day 3 and 5 being so hard but after that it was actually not too bad,so well done everyone who made it and good luck to anyone starting.
