5 ciggies left in the packet that I said would be my last.....
So do I just smoke them quickly and get it over with?
Do I make them last?
Should I buy 10 more so that actually I stop tomorrow morning, which somehow feels like it would be easier than stopping mid day (well it would wouldn't it :D)
I had intended cold turkey but should I try patches? gum?
Feeling rather nervous now the day has arrived so hoping the support and experiences of others in a similar position will help me on my journy

My advice is don't put off until tomorrow what can be done today - if you said you will stop after these last ones then why buy any more??? stick to your guns!!
I used patches for the first couple of weeks, then stopped as they kept coming off and decided to go it alone, but everyone is different and go with what makes your quit easy - no use torturing yourself if its easy with nrt
I have found stopping during the day is better as you have less hours to deal with before going to bed and then day one is done quicker. I f your nervous I think patches might be a good idea not such a shock to the system. Smoke the cigarettes you have today and then put a patch on later. It is less painful than you think once you do it. So try what have you got to lose. x
What she said excellent plan!! And then if u feel like it u can join us at the January freedom fighters social group where we are going through the early days like u will be... Best of luck u can do it!! Xx
