Hi Everyone,

My name is Ashley but i prefer Ash :), I decided to quit because running and walking a short distance seems to shorten my breath, i have been smoking for roughly about 6/7 years now and i have tried to quit in the past. This however has not succeeded, but i have now been prescribed the new Quickmist and the Mint Lozenges from NiQuitin, i hope these can help me and wish to share my experience with anyone who is having problems quitting, i may not be best at giving advise but some people need the mentality of quitting as my quit advisor told me.
