Does the urge to smoke go away completely or is it always there in the back of your mind?

And it answer to you question Jay, yes the urge goes away completely. I never think about smoking at all.
Jay, the urge to smoke does become less & it will get easier but I must admit & be honest I do still miss smoking, maybe it's just me....
