Now here's a thing! My nails & hair are growing more quickly. That usually only happens when I've been fell-walking for a fortnight (one of the reasons I quit by the way. I could see the day fast looming when hauling myself up a mountain would become impossible).
I put it down to improved circulation. Has anyone else noticed the phenomena?

Over the years quite a few people have posted about improvements in their hair, and since nails are made of the same stuff it stands to reason that they would improve too.
