Hi all I'm new to this. I'm a 29 year old guy from Guernsey, and I have just gone cold turkey last week after my birthday. I recently decided that I did not want to be smoking by the Time I get to my 30th.

So far has been really quite easy to be very honest with you all. I do suffer with the occasional urge to smoke but nothing too major as of yet.

What I really wanted to let you all know that is I quit after reading. "Quit smoking the easy way" by Alan Carr. And I never originally a thOught for a minute that a book could help me in anyway.

I just wanted to pass on this info for all u guys who might be struggling as I have found this method has been very effective for me.
