So I have just got back to the uk from my Caribbean holiday and I'm ashamed to say that I have well and truly failed. I lasted three days into the holiday before I gave in and had a fag. I then smoked for the remainder of the holiday and have carried on since.
I hate that I gave in. I was nearly at 3months and now it's all gone down the toilet
Not really sure where to go from here. I suppose I need to set another quit day but feel all over the place with it now.

I am sorry, it's a horrible feeling as you know and it's scary working out what to do next.
You were doing really well though, rememeber how proud you were of yourself and how much you regretted smoking.
You know you can quit, so when you feel strong enough, or angry enough with smoking you *can* do it!!

Everybody has blips - just learn from them and move on with your quit. As others have said above, the quicker the better before it gets a real hold. 
Awww, holidays are a tough one.
remember all the reasons why you wanted to quit in the first place. That always helps me
and you lucky beep! Caribbean! pfft im looking out the window wishing I was there right now :rolleyes:
