Finished shopping and wrapping yesterday afternoon, then immediately thought, oh i will have a fag to celebrate! What a sneaky little critter nicotine really is!
Fortunately managed to bat the crave away as quick as it came to me, but also made me realise I must never be complacent! :eek:

I guess because it's coming to the end of the "first time since" things, and you do get that association.

Wow, I've nicknamed these the "Ninja" craves, they come in from nowhere and almost knock you off your feet before you realise what's happening. The marvellous thing though that the further in you get, the easier we can "bat" off these urges
