Hi All,

Not been in the best of places of late, but Ive still not had a ciggie!! Yay to me

Had to stay really focused, although I now know that my panic attacks are nothing to do with nicotine or non smoking...its other things that I have to work through. I have come close more than once to losing this quit...went so far as buying an ecig...that I hardly use.....but it was that or ciggies as it all just got to much for me to cope with....and from what little ive used of the ecig, although I can see the pull of them....well, they arn't really for me!

Its my last week with "The Boss" this Friday, officially completed 12 weeks on 24th December....so Im heading into the New Year a non smoker too. Even my OH has decided to give it a go in the New Year too....he is going the Vaper route to help him though. I watched him light a ciggie the other day, and didnt have that usual pull towards having a ciggie, in fact the whole thought of inhaling that **** into my lungs fills me with such fear and well Im sorry but I do turn my nose up at it!!

Thanks Max414.....I decided a while ago to be a non-smoker, the whole thought of smoking a ciggie horrifies me to be fair!

It occurred to me only last night in fairness...I had an attack again but knew it wasnt the ciggies.....but your right, I know now so I can begin there and start working my way through it all.

78 days brilliant it can be tough on times but it's so worth not filling your lungs with all those chemicals and smoke!!!!!
