Was wondering if there was a group for October quitters? I quit at the end of October and am now on 6 weeks wondering if there are any others on the same time as me? The reason I ask is I am waining.... It's almost like "I've done 6 weeks I know I can do it so let's have a fag over Xmas and start again in the new year, you started at the wrong time" blah blah blah u get the picture... Wondered if anyone else felt like that at this stage of the quit? Also if there isn't an October group maybe we can set one up between us as I am struggling big time...Xx

That is one of nicotine's biggest and worst tricks. It's one I have had many times, including this morning :eek: it's just the old addiction talking. Ignore it. Why would you want to have to go through giving up again anyway?

Stick to your guns and be proud of your 6 weeks.

You are absoloutely right Val, although I must admit the crave seems to be going on all day today!!
