I had to tell my boyfriend the other day that I was in a strop and asked him to talk later. I felt really bad straight after I got off the phone but then looking back Im glad I did say because I probably would have bitten his head off for no reason ::eek:

Keep on top of the strop and when you realise just take a moment to rationalize it, Breathe and carry on
